Movie Night

Last night, we held a 'movie night' at the Community Center in Mintiu.  The Community Center is directly across the street from a Roman Orthodox Church.  The Community Center is certainly a remnant of the communist regime, but it was kind of neat to think that  we were conducting a Christian event there.

The night consisted of worship music, snacks, door prizes, and a movie entitles "The Most."  It was in Romanian, but it must have been powerful.  More than 50 people accepted Christ.

The photo is of Maria.  Maria is a lady who lost her son three months ago, and she is still heartbroken.  She is raising one of her grandsons while the other grandmother raises the other.  Her life is hard.

The other photos are of the sunset that God displayed after we prayed for the salvation of those watching the movie.  The photos really don't do it justice.  It was magnificent.

Enjoy!
